The problem

20Scoops Venture Capital in Hamburg backed early-stage startups; 20Scoops CNX in Chiang Mai built their products. Founders and product owners were in Germany, the engineers in Thailand — so the work had to run remotely, in English, across time zones.

What I built

  • Web products for portfolio startups, working directly with German founders and product owners.
  • Remote collaboration in English across the Hamburg ↔ Chiang Mai split and the time-zone gap.
  • Engineering standards as a senior: architecture decisions, code reviews and mentoring developers.
